MSNBC is currently running an article titled: Border Patrol agent killed in southern Arizona
Comments that are being posted are apparently by people who can not read or comprehend the articles content and include:
- And while the situation along the border gets deadlier everyday, our congress has the audacity to mull over the "Dream (nightmare) Act" to motivate others to come here illegally.
- Obama, Pelosi, Reid and Holder should face federal charges for this. As we text, congress works on the Dream Act.
- The Dream Act must not pass. It is not for American citizens and the administration should be ashamed of itself. Those people in Washington don't have a clue.
- Common sense would tell you that if the borders were closed and the illegals were sent back to wherever then we would not have too worry about the children or the murders because they would no longer exist.
The first paragraph of the article reads:
"NOGALES, Ariz. — A U.S. Border Patrol agent was shot and killed north of the Arizona-Mexico border while trying to catch bandits who target illegal immigrants, the leader of a union representing agents said Wednesday.
Agent Brian A. Terry, 40, was waiting with three other agents in a remote area north of Nogales late Tuesday night when a gun battle with the bandits began, said National Border Patrol Council President T.J. Bonner. No other agents were injured, but one of the suspects was wounded in the shootout."
What people are not reading is that the "Bandits targeting illegal immigrants are on the USA side of the border and are Americans".
Yes ladies and gentlemen, Americans on the US side of the border exploit, rob, kill and terrorize illegal immigrants on the border because the immigrants would be to afraid to file a complaint or see legal help.
There are over 400 comments of racial hate being spewed in the Newsvine comments section of the article and people are screaming about the Dream Act that would give citizenship to College kids who are in the USA by no fault of their own.
The border patrol agent was killed by American citizens, not Mexicans. He was trying to catch US citizens on the US side and was shot by US Citizens that harm illegal immigrants. But the MSNBC didn't make that point very clear.
"Bandits have long roamed border areas, robbing and sexually assaulting illegal immigrants as they cross into the country."
